Pros
Great culture across the company - open, transparent, genuinely want to help you progress Diversity and Inclusion networks are not just lip service. The senior management care and put a lot of effort into them. Really interesting work on operating nuclear power stations
Cons
The operating stations side (AGRs, Sizewell B) have more of an aged feel/ways of working. This is improving though.
