Your role is very important to our customers and business to best assist our customers with their auto and loan inquiries. In order to best service our customers, we want to make sure our employees are well prepared and equipped with the proper training and resources. Glad to hear you were set up for success! One of our many perks that we offer our employees is the opportunity for growth and development. We provide coaching, training, and regular feedback to guide our employees to the next phase on their journey with the DriveTime family. Sorry to hear that this was not your experience. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we understood the vast and significant impact the pandemic had on everyone, including our customers. We exhausted every effort and did our best to mitigate the effects as much as we could. For our customers, we stopped any repossessions nationally and expanded our payment extension rules to assist them during this crisis. We continued to work closely with our customers and to provide assistance along the way. Since we parted ways, we wish you the best in the next phase in your career.
