      Pros

      Although overall I was unhappy working for this particular franchisee, I did enjoy working with the employees at my store.

      Cons

      -Horribe compensation for work performed -Refusal of bonuses when I made a $15,000 sales increase in one month -Franchisee could care less about the store -Corporate does not keep up on franchisee behavior as good as they use to.

      Pros

      Can be a fun environment. Can provide opportunities to make decent wage, highly dependand on the franchise you work for.

      Cons

      Some positions pay very low for the work they put in. This makes it harder to retain good employees to keep operations at optimal levels. Who wants to do 3 times the work as drivers for significantly less money?
