Pros
Great brand to work for. I loved my job, and did not leave willingly. They posess a network that cares about its employees from the highest to the lowest level.
Cons
The majority of the business is franchised out as opposed to corporately owned. Matters that should be decided upon from an unbiased corporate standpoint are ultimately left up to the franchisee.
