      Pros

      Its a job that provides an income. It does offer flexible scheduling to work around family, other employment or school.

      Cons

      They do not look beyond your past, even after being employed for 2+ years. Your quality of work has no impact on your future with the company. You can be "let go" for something in your past even if you have been honest about it from the day you were hired.

      They have high expectations and only hire the top in their field.

      Pros

      Can be a fun environment. Can provide opportunities to make decent wage, highly dependand on the franchise you work for.

      Cons

      Some positions pay very low for the work they put in. This makes it harder to retain good employees to keep operations at optimal levels. Who wants to do 3 times the work as drivers for significantly less money?
