Pros
The hours were great as were my co-workers. Regional management was responsive.
Cons
Pay was way too low for the responsibility with a pay ceiling of on 8.50 an hour for Assistant Store Management. This is pretty sad actually. There was no incentive to move beyond that because store management wasn't paid much better unless their store was quite profitable. From what I heard they didn't always want to give out bonuses to store management.
