Pros
The people are really great and make or break each shift really. You also occasionally get some free food. Also good way to get to know your city.
Cons
The expectation is you work for FREE, after midnight to clean the store up, sometimes till 2am, again UNPAID. Sometimes its too busy to take your break, but you'd check your payslip and apparently you did take your break so you didn't get paid for that. Company car was lowkey dangerous. Also sent into known dangerous environments like public housing, got chased multiple times, intimidated and saw weapons. But time and again was sent to the top of multiple story buildings filled with people who knew you had cash on you, so many close calls. Plus the pay is not worth the constant wear and tear on your personnel vehicle.
