Pros
Good experience working on Digico sound consols. Exposure to Dante, QYSYS, Experience mixing monitors for performers. Lot's of shows to learn from.
Cons
Too many processes which take a lot of time each day. Due to the nature of the shows and quality standards the technician's have less creative control. Many shows use timecode which some people find frustrating as they don't get too mix the shows themselves!
