I am personally talking only about Disneyland in France - Anonymous employee Disneyland Paris Employee Review

Differently from guests, employee are not treated fairly and they are exploited. I think that the French departments should learn a little bit more from the real headquarters that are in America or the USA should control what they are doing a little bit more. They proclaim one of their first pillar to be inclusion, however, at disneyland PARIS I didn't see inclusion but only lack of respect for the employees. I had some health problems and they were nor comprehensive nor inclusive, instead they were very mean to me. Don't work here, apply for Disney but in other countries.
