Pros
- Great to add to your cv - Often don't need any prior experience, just a good knowledge of 3-4 european languages for Front Desk (French included) - Yearly travel expenses refund (around 300 eur), prime d'interessement, 13th month - Free park entries - Enterprise savings account
Cons
- Difficult to balance work/free time (adapted hours) - Sometimes can be stressful - Finding a private room/studio is extremely difficult - Low pay compared to French standards - They removed a lot of cool things over the years, like the free dinner in one of the Disney restaurants, made booking entries way harder and more blockouts, less generous benefits in general.
