      Pros

      Great company, who provides great benefits, 20 days PTO, health, dental, disability, etc. Great 401K

      Cons

      Salary is lower then other options, raises are very very low even when you are a top performer every month. $.35 for a yearly raise! While the CEO took a record bonus that year.
