Pre Capitol One acquisition in May 2025, I was thrilled to work for and with Discover. Remains to be seen whether any positive culture attributes can survive the change and ingestion into what is not as attractive a culture. Be aware that past reviews of Discover will not translate to Capital One. Explore reviews for both companies.
Cons
We had hoped some elements of the great things about Discover would survive, it doesn't appear to be likely, but we shall see.
