      Remote Work Work From Home Stipend Relaxed Attendance Policy

      Cons

      Capital One closed down Home Loans business after telling everyone for months that they were not closing down Home Loans. Loan Specialist were offered severance or they could try to get placed in another department. Most people got placed in Customer Service or Collections with an average of 100 calls per advisor or more per day.
