Pros
I understand this may difer from team to team, however in my team I feel appreciated, I worked with awesome people and I love my work and management.
Cons
The salary is not as good as it could be, but is still above average for the Portuguese reality. They pay benefits as bonuses each month instead of simply having a higher base salary.
