Pros
Major public relation with so many customers finding a project isn’t that hard mission if you got the accepted skills.
Cons
Salaries are confusing and so the promotion. I’ve been told that i can’t be a team lead because i don’t participate in devoteam events like Christmas.. but I’m really good with the project I’m in and almost handling team lead responsibilities for the most part.
