Pros
Was hired despite lack of skills/training in management (I was motivated to learn). Really free in everyday life. Gives responsibility quickly and you have the ability to stand out easily. Great potential as a scareer stepping stone if you work hard and are motivated.
Cons
Arrived during the COVID, the context was special. Little organization, no onboarding and no follow-up by a manager or other. No attachment to the company, no real colleagues since we do missions and we have to work with new people and sometimes alone, but this is inherent to the consulting company
