Moving forward in a good atmosphere - Senior Consultant Devoteam Employee Review

I've been working at Devoteam for more than 3 years now. I'm always feeling like I'm moving forward in my career. And it feels like it's not about to change. Devoteam is investing on its employees. On top of that, I like the atmosphere at Devoteam Belgium, there are good colleagues, either in the consultancy part or in the back-office. I'm often in contact with my managmenet which keep me in touch with the company even while in mission at the customers. And Devoteam plan some events regularly to keep the contact. Also important, I can keep a good balance between my work and my private life.
