Very competitive Benefits and Vacation time. People are generally nice and easy to get along with. Generally people are helpful on the projects. Technology Systems are coming up to speed with the new technologies, but have a ways before getting there.
Cons
Management Not Trustworthy, Promotions are very limited in CA, Mortgage business is struggling. Management outside of Santa Ana is not aware of what is happening elsewhere. Many times management outside of Santa Ana would make decisions without knowledge of people or situations, causing morale problems. Working with Outsource clients was difficult as management forced situations on employees, even when it wasn't the best solutions. Clearly looking only at price and not quality of product.
