      Pros

      If you are technically weak, then its the best place to remain hidden. Do some PPT, meetings after meetings and pass on the ball to others. Or make some PPT time pass till you are kicked out.

      Cons

      Its an interesting place. Hard to find any cons, but thats the sweet poison, if you cannot able to come out of it, you are doomed.
