My experience at this organisation was poor. There is a high level of turnover, particularly within the SMB Hub’s senior leadership team, which raises concerns about long‑term stability and culture. Many people join because of the strength of the brand and the perceived long‑term progression opportunities — both valid reasons — however, make sure you are joining for the right reasons. When employees decide to leave, it is often suggested that they were unable to cope with the demands of the role. In my experience, this does not reflect the reality. Departures are more closely linked to cultural issues and ineffective senior leadership. Prospective employees should carefully consider whether this organisation is the right cultural fit for them - just go in with your eyes open. Don't ignore the red flags if you see any.
