Very tough management and toxic working culture. Endless meetings without any real value or need for them. Massive duplication of work, unclear ownership across teams. No credit for work produced, was seized by someone in a higher position. Highly political and instead of effectiveness, rewards are given for being 'seen' to do things, rather than actually doing them. High levels of mismanagement and blame culture. Thrown into random meetings with no context and blamed if things go wrong. No clear processes taking people through onboarding and training new employees. Often scapegoated for mistakes made at a managerial level and lack of clarity and direction amongst teams. Leadership was cold and unapproachable. Fundamentally non-collaborative and high pressured. Minimal opportunities to progress.
