Pros
Good exposure and customer interaction
Cons
The workplace environment was highly unprofessional and exploitative. Employees were consistently expected to work overtime without compensation, and management practices were unethical, with instances of sexism being prevalent. The role itself was structured unfairly, with one individual expected to manage the workload of three positions, despite other locations employing multiple staff for the same responsibilities. Compensation was barely at minimum wage despite the role carrying leadership responsibilities. Management often dismissed concerns, with one manager openly boasting about underpaying staff as a demonstration of his “negotiation skills.”
