Pros
Good company culture; Some Decathlonian leaders are seriously practicing the good values to grow people and make ensure team members are being respected.
Cons
The excessive emphasis on "autonomous" makes the scope unclear. Still not very internationalized in some sense, for example, some "global" documents are in French... And of course, French people are favored and much privileged even outside of France. This kind of favoritism is just too apparent....
