Pros
Great products. No complaining about product concepts and range available or prices.
Cons
1. Pay is minimum wage - the company is worth billions and cannot afford to give it's employees a living wage. 2. Expected to slog it out day in and day out and take on added responsibility for no extra pay - but it is called 'DECATHLON VALUES of sincerity and hardwork' 3. Where in the world would you go from being an INTERN to a MANAGER (of any kind) -- ofcourse, because of being friends with the Management team. 4. Lunch hour is not paid for. 5. Employee discounts are CRAP. 6. Terrible management and organisation is one of the worse I have seen, even small start up companies have better order than Decathlon. 7. Only do it if you are so very desperate to get a job and it will look good on your CV. 8. There are no mid-managerial roles, so you're either stuck at the bottom rung of the company - (don't fall for their fancy job titles) or are a Manager (you're only a Manager if you make the right friends in the company).
