Pros

Cummins has some very talented, hard working, capable people who are dedicated to the Company For some fortunate employees recognition and career advancement are possible

Cons

Management are unable, unwilling or afraid to make decisions. Rather than taking a stand in support of a well researched and sound position, and move it forward, more questions are asked, more data is requested and the decisions are never made timely. Managers have little to no people or management skills, and senior leaders don't seem to care that the employees are disgruntled, overworked, and frustrated with lack of leadership.

Pros

Work from home, flexibility, paternal leave policy, pension plan

Cons

Pay is low and has not kept up with inflation. Leadership is only DEI hires, and they do not seem to understand the actual work being done. They are making life miserable for employees by adding unnecessary KPI's and performance tracking to make a name for themselves within the senior leadership. No loyalty for employees, they will let you go in the blink of an eye if the business struggles.
