Pros

Decent pay, good work life balance in fact too much of a work life balance that it would become a con. The job would be helpful to newly married or those pursuing an MBA cos they would have a lot of time to study or spend time with their spouse

Cons

The company hires like crazy and fires the same way, be ready for layoffs every 3 years though its becoming more frequent now. Like I mentioned in my title, it has a very haphazard reporting structure and very laid back approach, to implement a process or project it will take ages. There is no synchronization between plants and the corporate with plants operating as separate entities

Pros

Good working culture and leadership interaction.

Cons

Not many, there are inherent cons to working at a large corporation.

Pros

Work from home, flexibility, paternal leave policy, pension plan

Cons

Pay is low and has not kept up with inflation. Leadership is only DEI hires, and they do not seem to understand the actual work being done. They are making life miserable for employees by adding unnecessary KPI's and performance tracking to make a name for themselves within the senior leadership. No loyalty for employees, they will let you go in the blink of an eye if the business struggles.
