      Pros

      Promotes good human values - diversity. Quite good compensation and benefits. Good place to get work experience and land a better job in next career move.

      Cons

      It all depends from your direct supervisor how your work would be. There are great ones but also many mean ones which can make your work frustrating. Aggressive hiring policy.

      Work from home, flexibility, paternal leave policy, pension plan

      Cons

      Pay is low and has not kept up with inflation. Leadership is only DEI hires, and they do not seem to understand the actual work being done. They are making life miserable for employees by adding unnecessary KPI's and performance tracking to make a name for themselves within the senior leadership. No loyalty for employees, they will let you go in the blink of an eye if the business struggles.
