      You might not get to learn skills that are industry relevant especially if you're hard stuck in an Embedded Controls role!! Pay definitely less than what others pay in the industry Mediocre benefits and company perks

      Work from home, flexibility, paternal leave policy, pension plan

      Cons

      Pay is low and has not kept up with inflation. Leadership is only DEI hires, and they do not seem to understand the actual work being done. They are making life miserable for employees by adding unnecessary KPI's and performance tracking to make a name for themselves within the senior leadership. No loyalty for employees, they will let you go in the blink of an eye if the business struggles.
