      Excellent Work culture. Good work life balance

      Cons

      Salary lower than market standards Poor employee development & training Lacking leadership at the department level/ Columbus is very difficult to stay if you do not have relatives or friends. Indianapolis isn't a happening place.

      Work from home, flexibility, paternal leave policy, pension plan

      Cons

      Pay is low and has not kept up with inflation. Leadership is only DEI hires, and they do not seem to understand the actual work being done. They are making life miserable for employees by adding unnecessary KPI's and performance tracking to make a name for themselves within the senior leadership. No loyalty for employees, they will let you go in the blink of an eye if the business struggles.
