Pros

Cummins Inc. builds a great product and the very few of the long term employees who are still left there (not fired or let go) should be listened to. They are a great bunch.

Cons

Worked for this company for over 15 years. Things where great till the new management took over about 3 years ago. From then-on the customer service and treatment of employees went downhill. At first I thought I would give it a chance but two and half years later I still could not see the light at the end of the tunnel. They kept on putting more on my plate till I had to pull the pin. All our regular customers built over the years have left. The only customers showing up at the door are the ones which have equipment still under warranty. Repair costs at CWC have tripled. The whole management team do not seem to have a clue about the service industry or are scared to say something. Most experienced people have either left or got fired because they might have said something against the new rules which obviously are not working. HR seems to work more for the company then the employees. Cummins builds a great product but at CWC the management needs to be overhauled before it is too late. I hate to see a reputable company like CWC go down the drain. I wish CWC good luck in the future.

Pros

Work from home, flexibility, paternal leave policy, pension plan

Cons

Pay is low and has not kept up with inflation. Leadership is only DEI hires, and they do not seem to understand the actual work being done. They are making life miserable for employees by adding unnecessary KPI's and performance tracking to make a name for themselves within the senior leadership. No loyalty for employees, they will let you go in the blink of an eye if the business struggles.
