      Though it prides itself on diversity this doesn't apply to offices in India Very very bureaucratic processes Very slow decision making due to lack of empowerment Highly insecure environment- you can get fired any moment citing arbitrary reasons Low pay & hikes

      Work from home, flexibility, paternal leave policy, pension plan

      Cons

      Pay is low and has not kept up with inflation. Leadership is only DEI hires, and they do not seem to understand the actual work being done. They are making life miserable for employees by adding unnecessary KPI's and performance tracking to make a name for themselves within the senior leadership. No loyalty for employees, they will let you go in the blink of an eye if the business struggles.
