      Pros

      At mid to lower levels, this company has great opportunities and will allow you to gain a broad amount of experience.

      Cons

      Processes are dated, management is extremely biased, work environments can be extremely political. At higher levels of management, promotions are no longer based on merit but on popularity with senior executives.

      Work from home, flexibility, paternal leave policy, pension plan

      Cons

      Pay is low and has not kept up with inflation. Leadership is only DEI hires, and they do not seem to understand the actual work being done. They are making life miserable for employees by adding unnecessary KPI's and performance tracking to make a name for themselves within the senior leadership. No loyalty for employees, they will let you go in the blink of an eye if the business struggles.
