1.Global exposure 2.Diversity 3. Flexibility to try out new roles every 2 years

Cons

1.You have to know people to move up in your career 2.Cyclical business outlook - Hire and fire once every 2 to 3 years 3.Lot of internal politics. Very few managers are good to work with 4.Negotiate a good salary package before you join. Pay raise every year is a joke 5.OEM's are vertically integrating to protect their margins meaning that Cummins will struggle in the near future until truck market picks up

Work from home, flexibility, paternal leave policy, pension plan

Cons

Pay is low and has not kept up with inflation. Leadership is only DEI hires, and they do not seem to understand the actual work being done. They are making life miserable for employees by adding unnecessary KPI's and performance tracking to make a name for themselves within the senior leadership. No loyalty for employees, they will let you go in the blink of an eye if the business struggles.
