      You can be as motivated as you chose to be. Flexible on all accounts. Great people.

      Cons

      Matrix driven organization. Doors never close on old processes therefor people's work priorities become misaligned. High turn over. Company losses 50% of their talent before 5years. Low pay even though they say they pay competitively.

      Work from home, flexibility, paternal leave policy, pension plan

      Cons

      Pay is low and has not kept up with inflation. Leadership is only DEI hires, and they do not seem to understand the actual work being done. They are making life miserable for employees by adding unnecessary KPI's and performance tracking to make a name for themselves within the senior leadership. No loyalty for employees, they will let you go in the blink of an eye if the business struggles.
