      Pros

      Great training and decent pay. Also they have many clients that they sub contract for so it may have been isolated to Apples LOB but they offer “split shifts” that are really nice.

      Cons

      VERY high turn over rate. My training class had 32 new employees. By the 6 th month there were only 5 people left I trained with. By the time I left (2 1/2 yrs) I was the only one out of my class left.

      Pros

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Cons

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
