Meh - Transaction Processor I Conduent Employee Review

Far too much last-minute mandatory OT. Just always expect to work OT. The machines are always going down for one reason or another and when production slows down because of it they require you to stay and/or come in on the weekends to make up for it. You might twiddle your thumbs for hours in some cases and then when the machines come back up you have to stay and get the work done that night or on the weekend. *It's piece-rate and so you only make $14 an hour when machines are down or production is running behind. You can't really expect a raise either for hard work because I guess they assume the piece-rate portion of your pay covers that, lol.
