Pros

-working from home/ less exposure to COVID

Cons

Conduent outsources to the Philippines. The benefits department does not consist of anyone from the United States. Conduent holds employees to a high standard when it comes to clients, but the employers treats its employees like crap. Low wages, micro-managing. Not parent friendly. They have this thing about “compliance” which is ignorant considering the company has no right to dictate another person’s home. Children and phones should be allowed. No one really cares to steal client information. The customers for the client “Apple” are very rude. The software keeps changing and bringing on more issues and if you agree with the customer, you get dinged for it. Anytime you get an upset customer, your supervisor will tell you how it’s your fault the customer called in upset and you didn’t position the “no” good enough. This place is beyond me. You have to troubleshoot your system every other hour and you don’t get paid for their system issues. No wonder there is an active lawsuit.

Pros

Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

Cons

High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
