Pros
Work from home, able to make decent money if you can key quickly (production based pay), my immediate supervisors are great people.
Cons
Absolutely no information about your job status from upper management. We have been on reduced hours for several months now and were told that some, if not all, of us will be laid off because our contract is moving to a different department (offshore). However, we don't know when this is going to happen and I have had to use all my PTO time to compensate for lack of hours. Now I have nothing to supplement my pay check and still have no idea when the lay off will happen.
