Pros

Nothing worth mentioning. If you are type who knows nothing about technology but can talk and fool the management into thinking that you are productive then this place is for you. You will be suitably awarded as well.

Cons

This place is being run like a government agency by a bunch of clowns who the industry calls as Directors, Vice Presidents etc. who were fired from another company. There are way too many of them. Not a place for Engineers or doers but a paradise for those who sit in management positions who can only talk but can't do anything productive. No innovation. You will find yourself among contractors from other IT services companies. Unskilled "leadership". Total lack technically qualified architects or leads. The clowns (VPs/MDs) run the show who can't even spell anything technology related. Too many "status update calls" with the useless managers

Pros

Business side is smart and is superb at their product

Cons

The IT organization struggles with structural challenges that impact efficiency. The offshore-heavy model in India means US-based employees regularly work early hours to stay aligned, which is unsustainable long-term. The workforce is heavily weighted toward a high-headcount service model rather than investing in strong engineering talent — you need fewer, better engineers, not more bodies. Central tech functions are attempting to build platforms, but without a clear shared understanding of what a platform actually means, these initiatives remain incomplete. The result is heavy manual workarounds propping up half-finished solutions. Strategic direction shifts frequently, and ongoing layoff announcements make it difficult to plan or build momentum.
