Pros

Free lunches and breakfasts. Trauma bonding with great colleagues

Cons

Since the mass redundancies, there has been merely lip service paid to the fact that, across departments, there are no women or minorities in upper management (apart from one or two who are pointed to whenever someone brings this up). It is a boys club who literally keep hiring their friends (you cant make this stuff up). The issue of minorities being totally discounted and patronised at work is ignored as they ‘don’t have any data’.  Massive bonuses given to those at the top and anyone at the bottom told there’s no money for even an inflationary raise. If the job market wasn’t downturned, they would battle to keep anyone. Culture of bullying and blame. Managers will throw you under the bus to save themselves. Although you work with smart people, there is a culture that doesn’t allow for any dissenting voices. Suck up or ship out. There was time when this was a great place to work, but that time is not now. You will be gaslit about how terrible you are at your job so they don’t have to promote you. You will leave feeling worn down and depressed.  All I can say is, take the salary while you can in the current job market but remember it’s not you, it’s them!!!! PS. employees are pressured into leaving positive reviews so don't believe them

Pros

Good salary, thats about it

Cons

Toxic work culture, they want you to work from 6 am to 9pm. If you do not speak french or are not french you will feel like an outsider. Favoritism is big here, manager have their favorites and will feed them inbounds. Very hard to get approval to go to conferences, and there is no ROI, longer reps hold on to bigger name merchants for years even though they are not having any impact, and no one does anything about it.
