Pros

Some great people keep you sane.

Cons

Awful leadership team. If you're in with the right people you'll get promoted, but you'll have to live with the guilt of how others are treated. Changing directions all the time, the CEO sticks his finger in the air to pick what's next and expects you to eat up his vision despite clearly not having a clue. They've cultivated a back-stabbing anti-meritocracy company where the most compliant thrive. Performance reviews are pointless. Complaints are ignored.

Pros

Good salary, thats about it

Cons

Toxic work culture, they want you to work from 6 am to 9pm. If you do not speak french or are not french you will feel like an outsider. Favoritism is big here, manager have their favorites and will feed them inbounds. Very hard to get approval to go to conferences, and there is no ROI, longer reps hold on to bigger name merchants for years even though they are not having any impact, and no one does anything about it.
