High toxicity within management, zero safety. New values were put down are throats recently, such as "talk straight" or "one team", but management does not apply these values to themselves. Unfair career progression, with random people sitting in Senior Director positions, and talented people stuck down there because they're not on the right projects/products or working with the right people. Top management relies on a mafia from the early days, who cannot be criticised. If you're not part of this mafia, nothing great will happen to you.
