Pros

Everyone is so welcoming and speak with such a positive outlook. Very different culture to working my previous employer. They have a lovely office.... dogs welcome also which is lovely to see. Overall the onboarding has been amazing, I am on day 3 and do not have any issues only good things to say. There is a great training programme in place and you a full timeline for a promotion and growth if that is what you wanted.

Cons

I do not have any cons currently only good things to say

Pros

Good salary, thats about it

Cons

Toxic work culture, they want you to work from 6 am to 9pm. If you do not speak french or are not french you will feel like an outsider. Favoritism is big here, manager have their favorites and will feed them inbounds. Very hard to get approval to go to conferences, and there is no ROI, longer reps hold on to bigger name merchants for years even though they are not having any impact, and no one does anything about it.
