- Full of Smart & Enthusiastic people, it's a joy coming every day to work along those people. - I started working at Checkout.com I didn't know anything about payments, everyone has been amazing in helping me to acquire knowledge & integrate in the company. - To be transparent, I am very excited every morning when I arrive at work, I can spend 11 hours working & I enjoy it. I am not saying it's always easy, we're in a very dynamic & challenging industry so it implies commitment and hard work but at Checkout.com we have everything we need to be happy at work. - Great initiatives from the People team always looking after the employees. We have a lot of flexibility when it comes to working hours or holidays. - Checkout.com is giving us all the tools to acquire knowledge, not only in our field but general knowledge. Through different initiatives, you can learn about coding, marketing, public speaking, sales. - Last but not least, our CEO is just a role model, he is the perfect example of what defines Checkout.com. A group of smart, talented, nice et simple people. He is a great leader, fully committed & always ready to help.
Cons
Honestly, at the moment, I don't see any cons, it has been an incredible journey so far & it's only the start. I feel that 2019 will be an amazing year for Checkout.com & all its employees, very promising & exiting challenges will come our way. If I have to say one cons is that our main challenge will be to keep our values & this family spirit which really matters to us.
