In the People Team have worked hard to place wellbeing at the centre of life at Checkout.com. For example, we have two certified mental health first aiders in the office, to provide support. Alongside this, we have also partnered with an employee assistance programme provider, who offer year-round telephone counselling services. As a business, we’re dedicated to creating an environment where mental health is treated with the same importance as physical. I can’t go into details, but we have been able to support several of your colleagues work through difficulties, by offering a range of internal counselling, financial support, Flexi-time arrangements etc. Employee wellbeing is of a top priority.
