Thank you for sharing your perspective and for highlighting the strong pay and benefits, the depth of our problem space, and the collaborative nature of your colleagues. These are core parts of the experience at Checkout.com and key reasons many people choose to grow their careers here. On the point around changing priorities and realignment, this is a natural aspect of operating in a dynamic, high-growth industry. We work with established product and planning frameworks that help teams stay focused, navigate complexity, and respond effectively to shifts in customer needs and market conditions. These processes are designed to maintain clarity, alignment, and impact across the organisation while ensuring we continue to deliver at pace. We appreciate your contributions and your ongoing commitment to solving meaningful, complex challenges with us.

Pros

Good salary, thats about it

Cons

Toxic work culture, they want you to work from 6 am to 9pm. If you do not speak french or are not french you will feel like an outsider. Favoritism is big here, manager have their favorites and will feed them inbounds. Very hard to get approval to go to conferences, and there is no ROI, longer reps hold on to bigger name merchants for years even though they are not having any impact, and no one does anything about it.
