The middle or above roles, are quite complicated or I would say in chaos in some cases. Unable to work life balance (that’s why salary is higher than other competitors) Too many focuses meant no focus. New projects on and off without clear planning. Front end staffs are overwhelmed by KPIs, daily ops new technologies at the same time. No all roles will get the chance to be developed.
