I thought working at Chanel would help me grow professionally, and when I entered the job I thought I would be formed and introduced happily to the team… the salary was not bad but any other luxury brand company payed me roughly the same but treated me way better with more respect. Also some negative notes: -no commissions on sales -bad management -passive aggressive attitude from my boss and colleagues -a boss who was never present and when at the boutique would only create anxiety and confusion … - no team building -lack of communication -lack of respect towards employees that are not listened and taken care of even when asking help to HR
