Yes. Only great benefit shopping in skincare n cosmetic. You can only get one discount item per year. Commission structure GONE. Company set up ridiculous KPI which impossible to meet, dun dream on the bonus, not going to happened. Its emphasis teamwork, but now team are breaking apart, getting toxic, constantly changing rules, refuse to put new change into written format, very confused with what is exactly the new structure is. Just basically not happy to be here
