Pros
-Being able to work for a ultra high end brand - Learning about the craftsmanship of such beautiful products
Cons
-The pay is not comparable to other luxury brands. The company stopped paying commission in 2018 and switched to a monthly bonus structure that doesn't pay nearly as much. Most employees took a 40% pay cut from the previous commission days. For working with such an ultra luxury brand you would think they would compensate better. -Full monthly bonus is very hard to achieve meaning you're mostly working off your hourly wages.
